These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MinFaktura ("we", "us", or "our"), including all associated services, software, and websites (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our services.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of MinFaktura, you agree and acknowledge the following:

Invoice Content: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all content included in the invoices you generate or send using the Platform.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or identity theft, will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice or refund. We reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant legal authorities.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about yourself, your business, and your customers.
Legal Basis for Collection: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis for demanding payment from your customers, especially in cases involving unpaid invoices or legal disputes.
Dispute Resolution: MinFaktura does not mediate or participate in any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts between you and your customers. All legal matters must be handled directly by you or your legal representatives.
Evidence in Legal Matters: We reserve the right to provide stored data or usage records to legal authorities or in litigation proceedings if required as evidence or to protect our interests.
Account Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to withhold funds, limit access, or permanently or temporarily suspend your account if you are suspected of violating these Terms, engaging in illegal activity, or harming the Platform.
Damages & Legal Action: If your misuse of the Platform causes us reputational, financial, or technical harm, we reserve the right to seek legal recourse, including but not limited to claims for damages and recovery of legal fees.
Security & Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment & Refunds

We do not handle financial transactions directly. All payment processing is managed by Stripe, our trusted third-party payment provider.
You are bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All fees paid to us for subscriptions or services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

4. Platform Availability & Changes

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of our Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, text, and other materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of MinFaktura or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinFaktura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in a Swedish court of law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
